MAX77838 Small Power Management IC for Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

Description

Replacing this chip sometimes fixes the no display problem on a Samsung S7 Edge.  You know that it’s a no display issue on the phone if you can hear the sounds, feel the vibration and see the blinking LEDs on the phone, but there is absolutely no image on the screen.  These are brand new chips.
