Hakko 5B-SA Curved Micro Tweezers

These are the best tweezers for microsoldering. Hands down. When I get them, I bend the tips a little more, so they are at more of a right angle. Feel free to bend them to your liking. These tweezers are really thin, so that they can fit in between chips and components and they are strong, so that you can grip chips to lift them off the board. I have about 6 of these all around my work bench.
